Refunds & Returns

01. Cancellation Policy

I understand that your schedule may shift. However, as a solo practitioner, my time is my primary asset. I maintain a strict **24-hour cancellation policy**.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or re-scheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a **100% cancellation fee**.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment.

02. Refunds

I do not offer refunds for completed therapeutic sessions. If you are dissatisfied with a session, please discuss it with me directly during or immediately after the treatment so I can address your concerns.

03. Digital Consultations

Fees for digital consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

04. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
